This backwards-compatible release fixes the following issues for MedMij information standards:

• MM-1461 | Om duidelijk kenbaar te maken dat de zib VrijheidsbeperkendeMaatregelen achterhaald is, deze zib niet meer uitgewisseld dient te worden en niet meer gecontroleerd wordt in de MedMij-kwalificatie, zijn er op de volgende pagina's issueboxen en overige opmerkingen geplaatst (in 2019.01 en 2020.01 versies): Inhoud GGZ, Functioneel Ontwerp, Technisch Ontwerp en Toelichting Kwalificatie GGZ. In ART-DECOR is het betrefffende concept op deprecated gezet & een nieuwe transactie (versie 1.1) gepubliceerd. Voor deze laatste transactie staan er nu ook links in het Functioneel Ontwerp naar de nieuwe versie.
• MM-1457 | Created a new general FHIR IG based on the MedMij FHIR IG. The MedMij FHIR IG now includes this new, common FHIR IG.
• MM-1455 | Changed the faulty HCIM name 'MedicalAid' to 'MedicalDevice' on the BgZ FHIR IG.
• MM-1454 | In the FHIR IG, change the requirement for resource.id from SHALL to SHOULD for searchset Bundles, remove the requirement to use the UUID to populate the id field. Add extra guidance on this topic.
• MM-1446 | Op de MedMij-landingspagina ontbrak de verwijzing naar de kwalificatiepagina voor publicatie 2019.01, deze is toegevoegd.
• MM-1444 | In the explanation on planning activities represented in HCIM PlannedCareActivityForTransfer mentioned both HCIM names as well as FHIR core resources which led to confusion. Because of conformance, this has been corrected, now only FHIR core resources are mentioned.
• MM-1441 | De toelichting over tijdnotatie en tijdzone in Touchstone ontbrak op de pagina 'Kwalificatie aansluiten'. Deze is toegevoegd.
• MM-1420 | Added extra embedded examples to Observation.component:Amount.value:valueQuantity in the HCIM AlcoholUse and HCIM TobaccoUse profiles to clarify the use of UCUM annotations in units.
• MM-1418 | The publisher element, stating Nictiz as publisher, is added to FHIR profiles where it was missing.
• MM-1390 | The mapping comment for BasicElements::DateTime was incorrectly named 'StartDateTime', this has been corrected to 'DateTime'.
• MM-1386 | Replaced incorrect links to the Simplifier project in the 'Terminology, NamingSystems, Mappings' section of IGs by references to the relevant published packages.
• MM-1248 | The reference on .extension:ConcernReference in the HCIM Alert profile is unconstrained, leading to unclarity on what resource types can be expected. A comment has been added to explain this.
• MM-989 | Het kwalificatiescript voor 'MedMij Raadplegen Laboratoriumresultaten' bevat een foute verwijzing, namelijk naar het addendum voor raadplegen in plaats van beschikbaarstellen. Dit is gecorrigeerd.
• MM-988 | In het functioneel ontwerp van de MedMij-standaard Laboratoriumresultaten staat in de inleiding een foutieve zib-naam 'OverdrachtLaboratoriumUitslag'. Dit is aangepast naar de juiste naam 'LaboratoriumUitslag'.
• MM-791 | Several profiles missed the extension on .ValueSetReference with a reference to the corresponding ConceptMap, this has been corrected. In addition, the ConceptMap comments have been moved to the mapping.comment element.
