Nictiz NL package of FHIR STU3 conformance resources for HCIM Release 2017. Includes MedMij and HL7 NL. HCIMs: https://zibs.nl/wiki/HCIM_Release_2017(EN)

This backwards-compatible release fixes the following issues for MedMij information standards:

• MM-833 | Added known issue to SelfMeasurements FHIR IG regarding incorrect use of BloodGlucose LOINC code.
• MM-800 | The contact info of the ValueSets included the invalid url "https://www.zibs.nl". This has been changed to the valid url "https://zibs.nl".
• MM-780 | Added bi-directional extension to each ConceptMap and set to true if bidirectional or false if not bidirectional. Secondly added the code.specification extension to the FHIR-profiles where the extension was not added yet: zib-AllergyIntolerance, zib-Encounter, zib-Problem, nl-core-contactpoint.
• MM-778 | Changed required binding for extensible on Patient.maritalStatus ValueSet reference in nl-core-patient FHIR-profile
• MM-738 | Improved searchInclude element in all CapabilityStatements based on [resource]:[search param].
• MM-659 | Added explanation for the use of ConceptMaps and mappings to the FHIR IG.
• MM-632 | Restructured, renamed and optimized FHIR-examples.
• MM-619 | In the LanguageProficiency extension for nl-core-patient: added description on how to use the extension in the nl-core-patient profile in relation to HCIM LanguageProficiency, swapped type and level, changed display values to more descriptive terms, restricted cardinality of both type and level to 1..1
• MM-563 | Removed unnecessary constraint on Humanname.extension:humannameassemblyOrder extension in nl-core-humanname FHIR profile.
• MM-492 | Added comment to AllergyIntolerance.comment in the HCIM Allergyintolerance FHIR profile to explain the mapping for ValueSet AllergieStatusCodelijst to AllergyIntolerance.clinicalStatus and AllergyIntolerance.verificationStatus. Added dataAbsentReason extension to AllergyIntolerance.verificationStatus.
• MM-467 | Added comment on MedicationRequest.reasonCode in HCIM MedicationAgreement profile to to explain mising HCIM mapping.
• MM-296 | Added explanation for the use of ConceptMaps and mappings to the FHIR IG.
