This backwards-compatible release fixes the following issues for MedMij information standards:

• MM-2383 | The comment on the root of AllergyIntolerance, the comment on .verificationStatus and verificationStatus.extension have been removed because the proposed solution was illegal but does not cause backwards incompatability problems.
• MM-2353 | The cardinality for .extension.nl-core-episodeofcare in profile gp-LaboratoryResult is widened from 1..1 to 0..1, in line with other profiles using this extension.
• MM-2339 | Added a known issue to conceptmap MateVanKritiekZijnCodelijst-to-allergy-intolerance-criticality which explains why concept that should not be included, are included in the conceptmap and cannot be removed.
• MM-2291 | Double (incorrect) mappings from the dataset to profiles have been removed: NL-CM:11.1.7 to Immunization.note in profile zib-Vaccination; NL-CM:14.3.6 to Procedure.category and Procedure.category.coding in profile zib-FreedomRestrictingMeasures; NL-CM:20.6.4 to RelatedPerson.telecom in profile nl-core-relatedperson.
• MM-2288 | Created a ConceptMap for the PositieCodelijst from SNOMED to LOINC and added it to the FHIR profiles (HCIM BodyHeight & VitalSigns BodyHeight).
