SFM Basis API Implementation Guide

Update Practitioner

1. EPJ creates a new or update current practitioner
2. Getting priveliges from HPR
3. HPR returns Practitioenr with privileges
4. SFM Basis confirms transaction to EPJ

Practitioner will be created with rights based on HPR. Any practitioner created through the API are made users of SFM.
