SFM will serve as an instrument for increased quality, and simultaneous introduction of new features. The SFM system is provided as an option to all EPJ/EHR vendors having primary care as the target marked. Consisting of a web based interface, suitable for seamless integration into the EHR, SFM offers single-sign-on access to a modern prescription system, and a data-sharing FHIR interface to the resulting local medical information stored in the system via a FHIR based interface.
