Populating sfm-Medication

The following attribute must be populated:

• code
• form
• prescriptiongroup
• registreringstype

IF registreringstype equal Legemiddelmerkevare or legemiddelpakning then Name should be included.

If registreringstype equal legemiddelpakning then pakningsinforesept shoud be included.

if local medication then code should not contain ID - only system and display. If from FEST then code should be Id in fest for Legemiddelmerkevare and LegemiddelVirkestoff, else varenummer shuold be used as code for LegemiddelPakning. Displayname should be populated with FEST NavnFormStyrke.

ATC should be included if known.
