RNA Seq: Observation


Inhalt

Dieses Profil beschreibt die RNA-Seq im NGS-Bericht. Die umfangreiche Darstellung von Transkriptionssdaten in FHIR stellt eine Herausforderung dar. Basierend auf dem Varianten-Profil und dem dnpm-Datensatz soll ein RNA-Seq-Datenpunkt beschrieben werden durch:

  • den entsprehenden Entrez und ENSEMBL-IDs
  • einem transcript-per-million-Wert
  • tissue-corrected expression true/false
  • raw counts
  • library size
  • cohort ranking
