Introduction

This implementation guide describes the FHIR R4 artifacts supported/used by the Cambio FHIR Server and use cases that are supported by the FHIR server.

How to Read This Guide

• If you are not familiar with FHIR at all, please refer to http://hl7.org/fhir/ to learn the basics. This guide will not go through the details of general FHIR functionality but will cover how to use the Cambio Open Services functionality.
• Start by Functional Areas to get familiar with the area. Here you will find a brief description of the area, included resources and profiles as well as the currently supported use cases.
• Go to the profiles of interest to get details and learn more about supported operations, queries and other details which are relevant for implementations.
