Care plans are used to describe planned care to be given to patient.

Included profiles

• CarePlanSe - The CarePlanSe profile is used to retrieve data about care plans in COSMIC. The profile is based on the FHIR resource CarePlan.
• CareplanCordinatedCareSe - used for retrieving data about Link care plans in COSMIC.This profile is also based on the FHIR resource CarePlan.
