Condition

Introduction

The current implementation of the Condition resource is used to represent COSMIC health issue and diagnosis data.

Included profiles

• ConditionHealthIssueSe - The ConditionHealthIssueSe profile is used to retrieve data about health issues stored in COSMIC, designed for the Swedish market. The profile is based on the FHIR resource Condition.
• ConditionDiagnosisSe - The ConditionDiagnosisSe represents diagnosis and is only implemented as a contained resource within the QuestionnaireResponseSe profile.
