Response Code - Code System Values

Usage
This is the "value set" of Code Systems that will be specified along with the Response Codes. Codes may come from various authorities and this is helpful to understand, especially when processing secondary/tertiary claims where response codes are passed on from the primary claim response.
It is found in the Response and Prior Response Profiles, and found here: ClaimResponse.item.adjudication:ResponseCodes.reason.coding.system
As response codes are specified using various code systems, this field may be necessary in order to differentiate as codes in the future may only be added to the FHIR code set.
This code set is extensible as others may be added in the future by any implementer.
