This would be specified as part of the dispense resource as an extension if desired** These can also be handled through intervention codes; TWG shoudl review the entire set as part of the terminology review.
RECOMMENDATION: Map the following intervention codes into this data element. As this binding is only example, we do not need to use the FHIR code set.
