Code set = http://unitsofmeasure.org OR http://snomed.info/sct
An extensible value set has been created as the Infoway value set (https://fhir.infoway-inforoute.ca/ValueSet/prescribedquantityunit) was reviewed and deemed to be too large and not required for claims processing. As such, there is a smaller list of codes that is specified for eClaims purposes. By example, instead of using a code for "TAB", a code of "U" may be used.
