Message Protocol/Assigning Authority TWG review
Usage: This is used in the Prior Claim Response details to indicate the intervention and exception codes that were sent in a prior claim.

Code System: http://pharmacyeclaims.ca/FHIR/ValueSet/IE-assigning-authority-protocol
The Intervention and Exception codes will vary by protocol (eg RAMQ, NeCST, CPHA) and therefore the assigning authority (conveyed in code system of the intervention codes) will be one of the following codes:

| RAMQ | Indicates the intervention/exception code is assigned by RAMQ |
| NeCST | Indicates the intervention/exception code is assigned by NeCST |
| CPHA | Indicates the intervention/exception code is assigned by CPHA and may be used in CPHA or the FHIR based Pharmacy Claim Standard |
