FQL is a query language that allows you to retrieve, filter and project data from any data source containing FHIR Resources. It brings the power of three existing languages together: SQL, JSON and FhirPath. It allows you to create tables and is useful for gaining insight and perform quality control.

Profile: QuestionnaireResponse (Problem Gambling)
- Additional Gambling Activities in last 12 months is now Optional - vendors are no longer required to submit this field when a client has only one primary gambling activity
- Additional Gambling Activities Frequency in last 12 months is now Conditional - must be provided only when (Additional Gambling Activities) is populated. Both fields must be submitted as a pair when either is present
- Additional Gambling Locations in last 12 months is now Optional - vendors are no longer required to submit this field when a client has only one primary gambling location
- Additional Gambling Locations Frequency in last 12 months is now Conditional - must be provided only when (Additional Gambling Locations)is populated. Both fields must be submitted as a pair when either is present
- Not Applicable added to the additional gambling activities and additional gambling frequency value sets - this allows vendors to submit Not Applicable for Q6 and Q6-a without modifying the existing FHIR structure or requiring ETL changes. This enables reporting of additional locations, even when the primary gambling activity over the past 12 months is limited to a single activity.
- Dangling subject reference corrected - the second QuestionnaireResponse resource previously pointed to a subject reference with no matching resource in the bundle. This has been resolved
Terminology - Code Value Corrections
- Disability Status - the SNOMED code for the value 'No' has been corrected from 260413007 to 373067005
- Transgender Identity - the SNOMED code for the value 'No' has been corrected from 260413007 to 373067005
- Substance and Behavioural Addictions — the SNOMED code for the value 'Unknown' has been corrected from 26166500 to 261665006
Vendors must update submissions to use the corrected SNOMED codes. Submissions using the old codes may be rejected.
Profile: Episode of Care and Service Request
- Primary Care mapping corrected in both Organization Referral Source and Outbound Referral Source - the FHIR code has been updated from ‘0DN’ to ‘018-15’ with FHIR display value of 'Primary Day/Night Care'. The label Primary Care is unchanged.
Terminology - Display Value Spelling Corrections
- Reason for Non-completion of Gambling Data Form - 'clinically inappropriat' corrected to 'clinically inappropriate' and inconsistent spacing in 'Literacy /language issue' corrected to 'Literacy / language issue'
- Primary Gambling Activity in last 12 months - 'mohjong for money' corrected to 'mahjong for money' and 'lottary tickets' corrected to 'lottery tickets'
- Additional Gambling Activities in last 12 months - same spelling corrections applied: 'mahjong for money' and 'lottery tickets'
