• Validation corrected — Service Termination Reason is now accepted when EpisodeOfCare status is cancelled (previously restricted to finished status only)

Profile: QuestionnaireResponse (Problem Gambling)

• Gambling Questionnaire Template updated — the enableWhen dependency requiring Q6-b whenever Q6-a is present has been removed

• Vendors may now submit Q6 and Q6-a independently, and include Q6-b and Q6-c only when that information is available

Profile: Patient

• Human-readable narrative text corrected for name fields - given name(s) and family name now display consistent narrative text, aligned with the validation constraints already applied to both

Known Issues — Pending Resolution

• EpisodeOfCare: when status is cancelled, Service Termination Continuity/Outbound Referral is still incorrectly required (this requirement should apply only when status is finished). This is logged as a known defect; a fix is planned for an upcoming release.
