Snapshot 17 - Revision History

Profile Updates

EpisodeOfCare

  • Corrected validation for Service First Contact Date and Referral Received Date comparison. A data type mismatch between dateTime and date could cause valid same-day records to fail when First Contact Date contained a time component. The comparison now correctly supports validation between dateTime and date values.

  • Updated constraint description to reflect the implemented business rule. The description now reads "on or after" (greater than or equal to), consistent with the validation logic and permitting same-day first contact.

  • Corrected validation for the constraint comparing Service Enrollment Date (period.start) and Service Initiation Date. A precision mismatch between dateTime and date could cause valid records to be incorrectly rejected. The comparison now correctly supports validation between dateTime and date values.

  • Updated validation to require at least one of Service Enrollment Date or Service Initiation Date when EpisodeOfCare status is active.

Patient

  • Updated Patient.communication:officialLanguage from conditional mandatory to optional. The associated validation rule was removed, allowing records to be submitted without an Official Language value while maintaining compatibility with existing implementations.
