Release notes

This release includes the following changes:

  • MP-1438 - The description of the InstructionsForUse profile has been finetuned.
  • MP-1657 / MP-1593 – The element .additionalInstruction in the InstructionsForUse profile has been updated with the new description of the concept 'AdditionalInstructions'.
  • MP-1668 – The extension ext-MedicationAgreement.PeriodOfUse.Condition is removed and replaced by the new extension ext-PeriodOfUse.Condition in the MedicationAgreement profile and the examples. The new extension ext-PeriodOfUse.Condition has been added to the AdministrationAgreement profile.
  • MP-1692 – The description and comment of the elements .doseAndRate, .dosage, .count, .countMax, .frequency, .frequencyMax, .period and .periodUnit have been updated in the InstructionsForUse profile.
  • MP-1719 - The search parameter period-of-use is updated and no longer describes the complex logic regarding the last stop building block for each pharmaceutical treatment. This requirement has been moved to the FHIR implementation guide of medication process.
  • MP-1811 - The canonical url of several custom search parameters has been finetuned and made more specific in order to adhere to the Nictiz FHIR R4 IG guidelines.
  • MP-1812 - The name of the ValueSet FinancileIndicatieCodelijst has been corrected to FinancieleIndicatieCodelijst.
  • MP-1816 - The definition of the ext-RegistrationDateTime extension has been finetuned in the MedicationAgreement, VariableDosingRegimen and AdministrationAgreement profiles.
  • MP-1854 - Lowered the maximum cardinality of the element .statusReason to 1 in the MedicationUse profile.
