Version 2.0.0-beta.1 release of FHIR R4 conformance resources for Medication Process 9 (MP9) version 3.0.0-beta.1.

This release includes the following changes:

• MP-327: The AdditionalCategory extension is added to the MedicationUse2, MedicationDispense and AdministrationAgreement profiles to allow implementers to add multiple categories to these resources.
• MP-449: The RelationAdministrationAgreement is added to the AdministrationAgreement profile.
• MP-590: The CopyIndicator concept is removed from VariableDosingRegimen, this mapping has been removed from its FHIR profile.
• MP-611: The RedenWijzigen ValueSets used in the AdministrationAgreement, MedicationAgreement, MedicationUse2 and VariableDosingRegimen profiles have been updated following a changed display name.
• MP-616: Added a relation to HealthcareProvider on .performer in the MedicationAdministration2 profile (via a PractitionerRole resource).
• MP-629: The NextPractitioner extension is added to the MedicationAgreement profile.
• MP-639: The mp-PharmaceuticalProduct profile has been introduced to allow for the exchange of '90-million numbers'.
• MP-653: The StopType ValueSet binding in the MedicationAgreement profile has been changed, the comment on the .status element has been updated to reflect the new ValueSet binding.
• MP-723: HealthProfessional and HealthcareProvider slices have been added to all Bundle profiles.
• MP-733: The period-of-use SearchParameter has been updated to include the MedicationUse2 profile.
• MP-736: Missing mappings to the concepts AdditionalInstructions, IsFlexible and Description have been added to the InstructionsForUse profile.
• MP-737: The comment on the .status element in the MedicationUse2 profile has been edited to better reflect the latest FHIR insights.
• MP-749: The StopType ValueSet binding in the AdministrationAgreement profile has been changed.
• MP-771: The AanvWensVV ValueSet used in the DispenseRequest profile has been updated.
• MP-795: The dependency on the nl-core package has been updated from 0.5.0-beta1 to 0.8.0-beta.1.
• MP-811: RedenWijzigen ValueSets in the AdministrationAgreement, MedicationAgreement and VariableDosingRegimen profiles have been updated following a concept that has been added.
• MP-874: The purpose element of several profiles and extensions has been updated to better reflect the relation to the zibs
• MP-875: The context of the StopType extension has been updated.
• MP-877: Umbrella ticket for the release of the 2.0.0-beta.1 FHIR package for MP9 3.0.0-beta.1, including updating mappings to the new data set and adding examples to the package.
• MP-907: An incorrectly placed HealthcareProvider targetProfile has been removed from the .destination element in the MedicationDispense profile.
• MP-916: The StopType ValueSet bindings in the MedicationUse2 and VariableDosingRegimen profiles have been changed. The comment on the .status element in the VariableDosingRegimen profile has been updated to reflect the new ValueSet binding.
• MP-970: The comment on the .status element in the AdmistrationAgreement profile has been edited to better reflect the (lack of) available information. The comments on .status in the DispenseRequest and MedicationDispense profiles have been updated stylistically.
