FQL is a query language that allows you to retrieve, filter and project data from any data source containing FHIR Resources. It brings the power of three existing languages together: SQL, JSON and FhirPath. It allows you to create tables and is useful for gaining insight and perform quality control.

This release includes the following changes:
- VI-123: The constraint around occurrence, data-absent-reason, and Immunization.recorded for the imm-Vaccination-event-carenetwork profile has been clarified by splitting the existing logic into two separate constraints. The normative strength has been tightened from SHOULD to MUST.
