FQL is a query language that allows you to retrieve, filter and project data from any data source containing FHIR Resources. It brings the power of three existing languages together: SQL, JSON and FhirPath. It allows you to create tables and is useful for gaining insight and perform quality control.

Changed version, the package for no-basis version 2.0.11 don't include the changes to this ValueSet for some unknown reason. The changes are already present both in the GitHub/master and SIMPLIFIER repository but is not reflected in the package.
