CA Core+ v1.1.0 DFT-Ballot Release Notes

Set status to “active” from “draft” on all profiles. Consolidated laboratory and pathology Observation profiles into a single Observation profile. Relaxed MS/cardinalities, added obligations, and tightened references on many profiles. Updated extensions and ValueSets to align with CACDI. Removed Person and RelatedPersonCACore profiles. Harmonized CA Core+ with Pan-Canadian and jurisdictional specifications to avoid downstream breaking changes.
