Unique Provider Identifier https://fhir.infoway-inforoute.ca/NamingSystem/ca-on-provider-upi Unique identifier assigned by Ontario Health to providers and organizations

HL7 FHIR http://hl7.org/fhir/administrative-gender The gender of a person used for administrative purposes.
CIHI http://cihi.ca/fhir/CodeSystem/aac-admit-source This field indicates the last point of entry prior to being admitted as an inpatient to the reporting facility. It is contributed in PV1-14 in HL7v2 and is used by the resource element Encounter.hospitalization.admitSource in FHIR.
HL7 FHIR http://hl7.org/fhir/address-use The use of an address.
HL7 FHIR http://hl7.org/fhir/address-type The type of an address (physical / postal).
HL7 FHIR http://hl7.org/fhir/bundle-type Indicates the purpose of a bundle - how it is intended to be used.

CIHI http://cihi.ca/fhir/CodeSystem/aac-discharge-disposition This field contains the disposition of the patient at time of discharge (i.e., discharged to home, expired, etc.). It is contributed in PV1-36 in HL7v2 and is used by the resource element Encounter.hospitalization.dischargeDisposition in FHIR.
Ontario Health http://ontariohealth.ca/fhir/ehr/CodeSystem/error-code This code system is comprised of error codes used in Ontario Health interfaces. These error codes are returned to consumers of Ontario Health assets.

Ontario Health http://ontariohealth.ca/fhir/ehr/CodeSystem/encounter-class This code system is used to extend the EncounterClass value set for use in Ontario Health assets. It specifies the encounter being contributed in PV1-2 (Patient Class) in HL7 v2 and Encounter.class data element in FHIR.

HL7 v2 http://terminology.hl7.org/CodeSystem/v2-0203 Used to determine which identifier to use for a specific purpose.
