MessageHeader

A resource defining the event represented by the message, supporting FHIR-based messaging for assessment submission.

Patient

Demographics and other administrative information about an individual receiving care or other health-related services.

QuestionnaireResponse

A resource capturing all responses to the IAR assessment forms and referencing the associated questionnaire, including the assessment name.

OperationOutcome

Operation Outcomes are sets of error, warning and information messages that provide detailed information about the outcome of some attempted system operation. They are provided as a direct system response, or component of one, where they provide information about the outcome of the operation.

Location

A contained resource within the Encounter identifying the service delivery site or facility where care was provided.

Encounter

An interaction between a patient and healthcare provider(s) for the purpose of providing healthcare service(s) or assessing the health status of a patient.

Coverage

A contained resource within the Encounter that records the patient’s type of insurance, specifying who pays for the services, identifying the beneficiary, and the period of coverage.

Bundle

A message bundle containing all resources required for submission of the IAR assessment(s).

Account

A contained resource within the Encounter representing charges and payments associated with the patient’s encounter.

Organization

A formally or informally recognized grouping of people or organizations formed for the purpose of achieving some form of collective action. Includes companies, institutions, corporations, departments, community groups, healthcare practice groups, payer/insurer, etc.
