Release notes
  1. 修正下列 Composition.section、Observation.code 及 Condition.category 所使用之代碼：
    1. Composition.section[bloodtype] 由 section[PatientInformation] 移至 section[ObservationLabResults]；該 section.code 及 Observation[ObservationBloodtype].code 原為 LOINC 882-1「ABO and Rh group [Type] in Blood」，修正為 LOINC 883-9「ABO group [Type] in Blood」，僅記錄 ABO 血型。
    2. Composition.section[PatientInformation] 更名為 section[SocialHistory]（title 改為「社會活動史」），其 section.code 原為 LOINC 52460-3「Patient Information」（於 LOINC v2.82 狀態為 DISCOURAGED，且經查證屬未分類問卷調查項目，與文件章節語意不符），修正為 LOINC 29762-2「Social history note」，以正確表述教育程度、職業等社會活動史資訊。
    3. Composition.section[SocialHistory].section[occupation].code 原為 LOINC 85658-3「Occupation [Type]」，修正為 LOINC 11341-5「History of Occupation」，與職業 Observation (TW Core) 之 code 一致。
    4. Composition.section[SocialHistory].section[educationlevel].code 及 Observation[ObservationEducationLevel].code 原為 LOINC 80913-7「Highest level of education [US Standard Certificate of Death]」（美國死亡證明書專用），修正為 LOINC 82589-3「Highest level of education」。
    5. Composition.section[ObservationLabResults].section[organizationinspection].code 為 LOINC 52482-7「Laboratory」，於 LOINC v2.78 狀態為 ACTIVE、v2.82 為 DISCOURAGED，故移除該 section，檢驗檢查機構 (OrganizationInspection) 改直接以 section[ObservationLabResults].entry 引用（1..*，必填）。
    6. Composition 各 section.code 及 Condition[ConditionPastMedicalHistory].category 所使用之 LOINC 11348-0、8716-3、30954-2，display 修正為 LOINC 官方顯示文字。
  2. ValueSet-procedure-cohesion-category 原使用之 SNOMED CT 103693007「Diagnostic procedure」因於 20261001 版已停用，修正為其上層 concept 71388002「Procedure (procedure)」。
  3. 依審查委員建議，血型及教育程度欄位新增以下 Observation.valueCodeableConcept 結構化編碼，binding strength 皆為 extensible：
    1. Observation[ObservationBloodtype].valueCodeableConcept：綁定至新增值集 bloodtype-sct（SNOMED CT ABO 血型分類：A、B、O、AB）。
    2. Observation[ObservationEducationLevel].valueCodeableConcept：綁定至新增值集 education-level-v3-tw（HL7 v3-EducationLevel 國際標準碼＋臺灣教育程度標準分類本地代碼）；v3-EducationLevel 無法表述之臺灣學制概念（學前教育、國民中學）方使用本地代碼，兩者對應關係詳見 ConceptMap education-level-tw。
