1.改繼承新版TW Core IG V0.3.2版

2.修改以下:

1.ServiceRequest.encounter原為0..1修正為1..1，以確保診所門診病摘之交換沒有遺漏Encounter的資訊。

2.ServiceRequest.code原為0..1，因繼承TW Core ig，修改為1..1，應填入服務請求之檢驗檢查項目，其內容值同等於請求之Observation.code。 說明：ServiceRequest與Observation的關係如同邏輯模型所示，透過Observation.basedOn參照至ServiceRequest來表達檢驗開單或請求(ServiceRequest)及其對應的檢驗結果(Observation)為確保開單資訊與檢驗結果一致，ServiceRequest.code必須等於Observation.code。

3.Organization.type & OrganizationInspection.type原為1..1修改為0..1，並將OrganizationInspection.identifier.type原為PRN改為FI以區分醫療機構及檢驗機構。
