FQL is a query language that allows you to retrieve, filter and project data from any data source containing FHIR Resources. It brings the power of three existing languages together: SQL, JSON and FhirPath. It allows you to create tables and is useful for gaining insight and perform quality control.

Condition.code.coding is currently mandatory, but historical data often has uncoded free text. Can we make Condition.code.coding optional to allow the use of code.text for uncoded data
PractitionerRole - anywhere that PractitionerRole is used (e.g. Patient.generalPractitioner, Composition.author, and DocumentReference.author), we should loosen constraints to also allow Practitioner or Organization references.
