SFM provide entries to the EPJ Journal when "things happen".

Items or candidates for inclusion to the patient journal are avaiable from SFM on Basic in Datashare API.

When the setPatient postMessage from EPJ to SFM client is sent with the parameter encounterIdentifier=(uniqe string), the SFM records the following actions in SFM whith that encounder ID.

Actions are be stored by category (see below), timestamp, performer, encounterId, and a text to include to the EHR. A Journal not may also contain a reference to the "item" that has been created or modified (e.g. MedicationStatement/04621445-9b00-4ef6-8088-08da10d04dc5 )
