Flow description

The SFM Datadeling API should be used based on the identified flow patterns described within this implementation guide. The flow descriptions are generic, and vendors may use all or only those that are relevant for their integration.

The underlying descriptions identifies the most common use of the resources used in SFM datadeling API. Common for all request related to a single patient is that a patient-ticket must be requested and used in order to read information from SFM or update information within SFM.

The patient-ticket is a moderate security measure to separate medical sensitive data from the identity of the patient. Patient identity is not communicated together with other sensitive data.
