Patient conditions

Introduction

The sfm-Condition resource is used in SFM in order to registerer condition/diagnose prior to a prescription and/or applications to Helfo.

Store patient condition

1. User register a diagnose/condition on the selected patient
2. EPJ writes the information to SFM.
3. SFM send response to the EPJ.
4. EPJ presents the response to the user if relevant. (at least if a failure).

Input information and checks performed

The following information is required when writing to SFM:

• identifier (EPJ local identifier), may be used to put updates
• verificationStatus
• code, selected from 7110, 7170 or 7171. Both System, code and value is required.
• subject - Reference to the patient the condition is registered on (patient ticket)

Input data that will not be store or validated

The following will not be validated or stored in SFM:

• category
• ceverity
• bodysite
• encounter
• onset
• abatement
• recorder
• asserter
• stage
• evidence
• note
