FQL is a query language that allows you to retrieve, filter and project data from any data source containing FHIR Resources. It brings the power of three existing languages together: SQL, JSON and FhirPath. It allows you to create tables and is useful for gaining insight and perform quality control.
This project now contains the Continuous Integration (CI Build) versions of the artefacts to include change requests from pilot participants. A static version of the Trial Implementation version (v1.0.0 TI) of the Pan-Canadian Patient Summary Guide and FHIR Package is available here. The scope of this subset is diseases that are prevented by administration of vaccines. This allows the association of Vaccine-Preventable Diseases and Antigens (AntigenCode) and Immunoglobulins (ImmunoglobulinAgentCode) subsets.
