Release candidate 7 for eOverdracht 4.0 conformance resources.

The conformance resources in this package should be considered stable for common use. However, the resources might still be subject to small but non-backward compatible changes.

Known issues:

• The section code for the "Legal status" concept in the Composition resources is missing.

This release fixes the following issues:

• EOVDR-204 | The outdated contact information in the profiles has been updated.
• EOVDR-190 | The cardinality for references to zib LegalSituation has been expanded in the AdvanceNotice and NursingHandoff Composition profiles.
