This backwards-compatible release fixes the following issues:

• EOVDR-565: In the FHIR-package nictiz.fhir.nl.stu3.zib2020-preadopt, an invalid notation was used for the depency on the nictiz.fhir.nl.stu3.zib2017 package. This has been adjusted to 2.2.x, which is the latest minor version of this package. In addition, the dependency of the nictiz.fhir.nl.stu3.eoverdracht package on this zib2017 package has also been bumped from "2.1.x" to "2.2.x".
