FQL is a query language that allows you to retrieve, filter and project data from any data source containing FHIR Resources. It brings the power of three existing languages together: SQL, JSON and FhirPath. It allows you to create tables and is useful for gaining insight and perform quality control.

Re-packaging to include technical corrections to resolve packaging utilization issues including:
- renaming canonical, page, and filepath of retired device profile to avoid duplicative files in the package
- removing of circular dependency pointing to PS-CA artefacts (e.g., value sets)
- implementing technical fixes for issues #2365, #2366, #2367, #2368, #2419 that were preventing the implementation of the package by users
