Release notes
  • Removed AID-EX-RenderedDosageInstruction from the package. The MedicationRequest.renderedDosageInstruction extension it stood in for is only published by HL7 International as an unstable pre-release (hl7.fhir.uv.xver-r5.r4); shipping our own copy under that canonical URL is not appropriate for a published package. The extension is still referenced by AID-MedicationRequest where required.
  • Removed the emergencyServicesFee extension slice (KBV_EX_ERP_EmergencyServicesFee, Noctu fee) - out of scope for this profile's write-back use case.
  • Removed the ser extension slice (KBV_EX_FOR_SER, Social compensation law / SGB XIV indicator) - out of scope for this profile's write-back use case.
  • Added the dosageFlag extension slice (KBV_EX_ERP_DosageFlag) with two new constraints governing whether dosageInstruction may/must be present, and loosened dosageInstruction from min:1 to min:0 accordingly. Added two example pairs: dj (written-elsewhere dosage reference) and leere-dosierung (no dosage instruction at all).
  • Added the legalBasis extension slice (KBV_EX_FOR_Legal_basis) for the Ersatzverordnung indicator (Sec. 31(3) sentence 7 SGB V) - added kbv.ita.for as an explicit dependency. Added two more example pairs: ersatzverordnung and aut-idem.
  • Added the narcotic (KBV_EX_ERP_Narcotic) and teratogenic (KBV_EX_ERP_Teratogenic) extension slices, plus dispenseRequest.expectedSupplyDuration. Added btm and t-rezept example pairs.
  • Added the statusCoPayment extension slice (KBV_EX_FOR_StatusCoPayment) for Sec. 27a SGB V (assisted reproduction). Added the kuenstliche-befruchtung example pair.
  • Reworked all short/definition texts in AID-MedicationRequest for consistent English-only style.
  • Added a mehrfachverordnung example pair exercising the multiplePrescription extension slice with Kennzeichen: true plus its three dependent sub-extensions.
  • Added a freitextverordnung example pair for a PZN-less prescription (compounded product).
