The latest version of the UK Core Implementation Guide STU3 Sequence incorporates updates made in response to the issues discussed during Clinical and Technical Assurance Sprint 8:

Issue 6 - Deleted UKCore-Observation-AverageBloodPressure and ValueSet-UKCore-BloodPressure-Average. Removed references to these assets in the relevant guide pages. In C&TA, it was initially agreed to retire these assets and update the description for the reason for retirement. However, a decision was reached to delete these assets following our understanding of HL7 International guidance.

Issue 10 - Updated IG requirement for Sending a SNOMED CT Description ID that is not the preferred term. Using the extension Extension-UKCore-CodingSCTDescDisplay requirement changed from SHALL to MAY. Renamed and updated MoleOfSkin example. Updated references to the updated example.

Issue 16: Updated UKCore-Appointment.serviceType and UKCore-Slot.serviceType to bind to ValueSet-UKCore-CareSettingType.

Issue 22: Updated UKCore-Observation-TobaccoConsumption.value[x] to include valueCodeableConcept, whilst keeping the existing valueQuantity. Updated ValueSet-UKCore-TobaccoConsumption, updated 'consciousness' to 'consumption' in description.

Tickets Out of Scope:

Issue 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 13 & 21: Agreed during C&TA that these were Out of Scope for this sprint.

Issue 17, 18 & 19: Initially deemed In Scope during C&TA. However, feedback received highlighted this change was potentially too complex for this sprint and is better suited for a future sprint.
