Licenses
Most psychiatric questionnaires are intellectual property owned by individuals, institutions, or companies. These entities hold the copyright, which grants them control over how the questionnaire can be used, reproduced, or distributed.
It was therefore decided to at least provide the mapping options in the form of FHIR ValueSets for the questionnaires that have proprietary licenses and cannot simply be redistributed. The remaining questionnaires are provided as instance examples in FHIR in this Implementation Guide for the GPDS.
The following license terms apply to the German versions of the selected questionnaires:
License required (shown as ValueSet) | Shown as FHIR instance |
---|---|
CASCAP-2 | KINDL |
AMDP | HAMD-7 |
MADRS | BDI-II |
CDRS-R | CTQ |
Kidscreen-27 | YMRS |
PHQ-9(2) |
Because of the licensing issues, we have also defined a FHIR profile for questionnaires which can be used for psychiatric instruments, as well as ValueSets with terminology concepts covering specific domains (such as Somatic Symptoms and Sleep).
