This value set will contain codes from SNOMED CT that can be used to describe the MRGN status. The SNOMED codes are to be requested. 'MRGN' refers to the multidrug resistance classification for gram-negative pathogens established by KRINKO (Commission for Infection Prevention in Medical Facilities and in Care and Integration Support Institutions).
