Bundle.identifier

  • Since uniqueness of the Bundle.identifier must be strictly ensured, the identifier set by the reporting system will be overwritten by the DEMIS backend! The newly assigned identifier will be returned to the sending system as part of the response message. Although the identifier is assigned by the DEMIS backend, the sending system is still required to generate and transmit a value. This requirement is based on the core FHIR standard, which mandates that a corresponding identifier be set for FHIR documents.
