Meaning of MustSupport
The MustSupport marking on an element provides, in addition to the cardinality, information on the extent to which an element must be supported.
From the point of view of the sending systems, this means:

Rejection of data transmission through the use of special characters
Occasionally, data transmissions may be rejected by the DEMIS backend even though the FHIR structure corresponds to the structure expected by the implementation guide. This may be due to special characters being used in unusual situations that were detected by the backend as a potential security risk.
