SGRDVSourceProcessMessage

Notifie le système source (DME/SIP-C) d'un événement de cycle de vie d'un verrou posé par SGRDV sur une disponibilité. Opération de niveau système exposée par le système source à destination de SGRDV. SGRDV agit comme autorité du verrou : les ajouts, prolongations et retraits de verrous sont propagés aux DMÉ via ce canal $process-message ; le DMÉ n'expose pas d'opération $lock transactionnelle. En entrée : un Bundle de type message conforme au profil SGRDVSourceLockNotificationBundle, contenant un MessageHeader (eventCoding parmi lock-create, lock-extend, lock-release ; focus pointant en logical reference vers l'Appointment et les Slots concernés ; extension lock-end-time portant l'heure de fin du verrou) et une Provenance. Le lockIdentifier n'est PAS transmis au système source : il s'agit d'un secret connu du seul portail appelant initial. En sortie : HTTP 204 sans corps. Les erreurs retournent HTTP 4xx/5xx avec OperationOutcome (profil SGRDVBaseOperationOutcome). La corrélation transite par les HTTP headers X-Correlation-Id et X-Discussion-Id et, en complément FHIR-natif, par MessageHeader.id.
