Opération $cancel sur la surface source (SGRDV → DMÉ/SIP-C). SGRDV relaie la demande d'annulation du portail vers le DMÉ responsable du rendez-vous. Les paramètres d'entrée sont identiques à la surface API SGRDV (appointment en logical reference, raison d'annulation optionnelle, Provenance). Le DMÉ valide si l'annulation est possible selon ses règles d'affaire et retourne cancellationCompleted avec les outcomes explicatifs en cas de refus (MSG_RV_INEXISTANT, MSG_RV_NOTBOOKED, MSG_DELAI_INSUFFISANT).
