This profile is one of three TNM Observation profiles (T, N, M) that share the same code (SNOMED CT-SE 399537006 "Klinisk stadieindelning enligt TNM") but bind valueCodeableConcept to different ValueSets corresponding to T, N, and M classifications from TNM Edition 8 (urn:oid:1.2.752.129.2.2.3.24).
Notes:
- bodySite, when present, should reference SNOMED CT-SE code 41216001 (prostata, struktur).
- method represents "grund för TNM" — always "clinical" for Anmälan registrations.
- focus optionally references the NPCRProstateCancerCondition to associate the staging with a specific diagnosis.
