Detailed modelling for possible values
EMWR Type
This section describes how each EMWR type from Confidence has to be handled in FHIR. The following coding section needs to be added to the Observation.code, based on the text value received in the reduced FHIR from confidence.
For example:
Reduced FHIR from Confidence:
"code": { "text": "Warning" // static text describing the EMWR type }
Expected expanded FHIR:
"code": { "coding": [ //To be added by facade - system, code and display when code.text "Warning" is received in the reduced FHIR. { "system": "http://roche.com/fhir/rdc/cs", "code": "WARNING", "display": "Warning" } ], "text": "Warning" //To be retained as is from the reduced format so that on restore it can be sent back }

EMWR Event name
This section describes how each EMWR Event name from Confidence has to be handled in FHIR. The following coding section needs to be added to the Observation.valueCodeableConcept, based on the text value received in the reduced FHIR from confidence.
For example:
Reduced FHIR from Confidence:
"valueCodeableConcept": { "text": "SENSOR_CALIBRATION_NEEDED" // static text describing the EMWR event name },
Expected expanded FHIR:
"valueCodeableConcept": { //To be added by facade - system, code and display when code.text "M_CALIBRATION_REQUIRED" is received in the reduced FHIR. "coding": [ { "system": "http://roche.com/fhir/rdc/cs", "code": "WARNING_49", "display": "Calibration Required" } ], "text": "SENSOR_CALIBRATION_NEEDED" //To be retained as is from the reduced format so that on restore it can be sent back },

Message Source
This section describes how each EMWR message source from Confidence has to be handled in FHIR. The following device section needs to be added with the device.reference, based on the display value received in the reduced FHIR from confidence. },
For example:
Reduced FHIR from Confidence: [Possible values are 0 = None, 1 = Application, 2 = CGM]
"device": { "display": "1" //static value describing the origin of source event },
Expected expanded FHIR for message source 0 = None:
if the message source is 0 = None, then the facade will add reference to the application device metric. on restore message source 0 will be sent back to confidence.
"device": { "reference": "DeviceMetric/id-deviceMetric-smartphone", //To be added by facade based on the device.display in the reduced FHIR. link to relavent device metric. "display": "0" //To be retained as is from the reduced format so that on restore it can be sent back },
Expected expanded FHIR for message source 1 = Application:
if the message source is 1 = Application, then the facade will add reference to the application device metric. on restore message source 1 will be sent back to confidence.
"device": { "reference": "DeviceMetric/id-deviceMetric-smartphone", //To be added by facade based on the device.display in the reduced FHIR. link to relavent device metric. "display": "1" //To be retained as is from the reduced format so that on restore it can be sent back },
Expected expanded FHIR for message source 2 = CGM:
if the message source is 2 = CGM, then the facade will add reference to the CGM device metric. on restore message source 2 will be sent back to confidence.
"device": { "reference": "DeviceMetric/id-deviceMetric-CGM", //To be added by facade based on the device.display in the reduced FHIR. link to relavent device metric. "display": "2" //To be retained as is from the reduced format so that on restore it can be sent back },
DeviceMetric resource for smart phone application
This resource has to be created by the facade when reference is created to device metric of smart phone application
