Overview

   

ConnectApp is a mobile application that can connect to various Accu-chek glucometers. Once connected, one can log results automatically, chart data, send results to caregivers, calculate insulin doses and more.

Integration to IPP - scope of POC:

Sync the bG data with SPOL R1 on IPP. Only bG (and SPOL supported meal flags) data will be sent to SPOL via existing SPOL FHIR interface. If online, each new datapoint is automatically sent to SPOL. If offline, the app stores last datapoint synced to resend once connection is resumed.

    Proof of Concept for connecting Connect App to SmartPix Online

  • Integrate the current Connect App with Gigya
  • Sync the bG data with SPOL R1 on IPP

   

Assumptoins

   

  • PoC leverages existing Connect App and device connectivity
  • Use of Gigya as CIAM for Patients and HCPs (same as Gluci-Chek)
  • Only bG (and SPOL supported meal flags) data will be sent to - SPOL via existing SPOL FHIR interface
  • Existing Connect App connectivity will be leveraged
