SmartLife

Overview

The SmartLife app is a diabetes personal assistant application. The app receives continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) data from connected CGM systems. The SmartLife app helps PWDs manage their diabetes by displaying meal log entries and sensor glucose (SG) data, tracking meal log entries, reporting insights of how your meals affect glucose levels and supporting good choices and trends with motivational messages. The app serves as an additional display for near real-time CGM data from the connected CGM system.

Requirements

Scope

Provide FHIR modelling for the data points related to the following categories for integration with Big Data:

  • Patient Profile
  • CGM Pairing
  • CGM
  • bG
  • Insulin
  • Meals

The data will not be stored on FHIR database.
