Detailed modelling for possible values

Calibration type

This section describes how each Calibration type from Confidence has to be handled in FHIR. The following coding section needs to be added to the extension http://roche.com/fhir/rdc/StructureDefinition/sample-type based on the text value received in the reduced FHIR from confidence.

For example:

Reduced FHIR from Confidence:

{
		"url": "http://roche.com/fhir/rdc/StructureDefinition/sample-type",
		"valueCodeableConcept": {
			"text": "CapillaryWholeblood"   //type (of sample)
			}
	}

Expected expanded FHIR:

{
		"url": "http://roche.com/fhir/rdc/StructureDefinition/sample-type",
		"valueCodeableConcept": {
			"coding": [ //To be added by the facade - system, code and display for the relevant text from reduced FHIR
                     {
                     "system": "http://ncimeta.nci.nih.gov",
                      "code": "C0229666",
                      "display": "Capillary Blood"
                      }
                     ],
			"text": "CapillaryWholeblood" //retain in case of restore
			}
	}

Calibration sample location

This section describes how each Calibration Sample location from Confidence has to be handled in FHIR. The following coding section needs to be added to the valueset binding of Observation.bodySite http://roche.com/fhir/rdc/StructureDefinition/sample-location based on the text value received in the reduced FHIR from confidence.

For example:

Reduced FHIR from Confidence:

"bodySite": {
		"text": "Finger" // Calibration sample location
	}

Expected expanded FHIR:

"bodySite": {
		"coding": [ //To be added by facade - system, code and display when bodysite.text "Finger" is received in the reduced FHIR
			{
				"system": "http://ncimeta.nci.nih.gov",
				"code": "C0016129",
				"display": "Finger"
			}
		],
		"text": "Finger" //To be retained as is from the reduced format so that on restore it can be sent back
	}
