Kidscreen-27

The KIDSCREEN-27 is a questionnaire for assessing health-related quality of life in children and adolescents aged 8–18 years. It includes 27 items across five dimensions: physical well-being, psychological well-being, autonomy and parent relations, social support and peers, and school environment. Responses are scored on a 5-point Likert scale, with higher scores indicating better quality of life. Both self-report and parent-proxy versions are available.
