HAMD-7

The HAMD-7 is used to assess the severity of depressive symptoms. It consists of seven questions, each scored on a scale from 0 to 4. The response options reflect the intensity or frequency of symptoms, with higher scores indicating greater severity. The total score is calculated by summing the points from all seven questions, resulting in a range from 0 to 28. The evaluation is based on the total score, which corresponds to different levels of depression severity.
