| basedOn | Reference to referral request, if a referral id has been submitted on the request. |
| code | Executed operation as specified in "serviceRequested" of the referral request. |
| subject | A referenced {{pagelink:EviPrevIt/EviPrevPatientprofile}} for which the service was performed. Has only a value if the patient ID has been submitted in the referral request. |
| effectiveDateTime | Date of service execution. Since the service runs synchronously, this is always the current date. |
| result | A list of contained {{pagelink:EviPrevIt/EviPrevObservationprofile}} resources with a result for each rule. |

A list of contained {{pagelink:EviPrevIt/EviPrevObservationprofile}} resources with a result for each rule defined in {{link:EviPrevIt/rule}}.

Code of the Rule as defined in defined in {{link:EviPrevIt/rule}}. Example: smoking-topic-selection or smoking-risk-assessment
subject
A referenced {{pagelink:EviPrevIt/EviPrevPatientprofile}} for which the service was performed. Has only a value if the patient ID has been submitted in the referral request.
